Pack Mentality

Pack MentalityPack mentality is not herd mentality.  Looking for opportunity as a pack rather than a lone wolf brings a number of benefits.  These benefits include more ground covered in the same amount of time, more than one interpretation of signals, and improved ability to capture opportunities.

Most leadership development does not produce a pack. It produces individual leaders.  It can be argued that the importance of leaders working well with other strong leaders leads to the pack that hunts together stays together.

Wolves hunt as a pack and are brilliant team players. Once they pick up the scent they are strategic, purposeful and persistent. Quite frightening if you are the quarry but good news if you are interested in the wolf pack’s success.
